Original Dutch A0 poster (120×83 cm) for DAKOTA directed by WIM VERSTAPPEN and produced by PIM DE LA PARRA in 1974. This movie is the last co-production of the illustrious duo PIM and WIM. De la Parra bought the DC-3 for Verstappen for the movie. Tensions on the set proved to be too high, especially due to the amorous liaison of MONIQUE VAN DE VEN and cameraman JAN DE BONT. Unusual luxurious and glossy poster for a Dutch movie, especially for one of Pim and Wim. Design is by SLABBERS-BEAUX, the advertising agency of Ronald Slabbers and Andre Beaux Prins. This poster has a few small tears and a few pieces of tape residu at the top and bottom border.
